The Community Builds. The On-Chain Data Tells the Story.
Built on Solana. Built by the community.

01
Welcome to $JASON
Jason Duval is stepping into the spotlight.
As GTA VI gets closer, the conversation around Jason, Vice City, and the next chapter of Grand Theft Auto is only going to get bigger. But $JASON isn’t here to simply wait for the hype. We’re building around it.
What started as a community-driven memecoin has evolved into something much bigger: a project focused on community, culture, on-chain activity, transparency, and building useful tools around the $JASON ecosystem.
There is no giant corporation behind this. There isn’t a complicated corporate roadmap pretending everything is guaranteed. It’s a community that decides what gets built, works toward measurable milestones, and grows the project one step at a time.
Build something people actually want to be part of.
02
The $JASON Philosophy
$JASON is built around three ideas.
Community
First
Memes, art, the site, socials, ideas, and tools are one ecosystem. Everyone can contribute.
Build
Stay
No launch-and-disappear. Website, on-chain tools, content, and upgrades as the community grows.
Transparency
Verify
Treasury, distribution, liquidity — the chain tells the story. Don’t ask people to blindly trust.
03
The $JASON Token
At the center of the $JASON ecosystem is the token itself. $JASON is built on Solana with an initial supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. That doesn’t mean the supply stays at 1 billion forever.
$JASON has a buy-and-burn mechanism designed to gradually reduce circulating supply over time.
How the buy & burn works
The mechanism is manually executed through the development wallet. When the project reaches appropriate milestones or has sufficient resources, the development wallet can use designated funds to purchase $JASON from the open market and permanently burn the tokens purchased.
- Once burned, those tokens are removed from circulation.
- They aren’t sent back to the treasury.
- They aren’t redistributed.
- They are permanently removed.
The idea is simple: build the ecosystem → generate resources → buy $JASON → burn $JASON → reduce supply. The goal isn’t to promise a specific price. The mechanism creates deflationary pressure on supply over time.
When a burn happens, the community should be able to verify
- How much $JASON was purchased
- The transaction used for the purchase
- How many tokens were burned
- The burn transaction
- The resulting supply reduction
The blockchain should tell the story. When we burn it, you will be able to see it.
The long-term vision combines community + development + treasury + on-chain intelligence + buy & burn. The token is the foundation. The community creates the culture. The treasury funds the build. The technology makes it transparent. Buy-and-burn is one more tool — not the whole story.
The goal isn’t to burn tokens for the sake of burning tokens. The goal is to build something worth burning for.
04
The Website
The $JASON website is intended to become the central hub for the project — not just a landing page. It evolves with the community.
- Real-time project information
- Treasury visibility
- Market-cap milestones
- On-chain activity
- Holder information
- Community statistics
- Project updates
- Milestone tracking
- $JASON ecosystem tools
- Educational information for new community members
Make the website feel like a command center for $JASON.
05
On-Chain Intelligence
One of the biggest upgrades planned for V2 is taking on-chain data much further. Blockchain data is powerful, but raw chain data isn’t always easy to understand. We want to change that.
Turn complicated blockchain activity into information the community can actually understand.
Wallet intelligence
See it
Large buys and sells, treasury movements, holder growth, concentration, new and returning wallets, significant transfers.
Holder analytics
Context
Not just a holder count — growth, distribution changes, top-holder movement, long-term behavior, new-wallet activity.
Market intelligence
Clear
Combine market and chain data so the community can see what’s happening. Information. Not financial advice.
06
The Treasury
The treasury is one of the most important parts of V2. That number isn’t the goal. It’s the starting point. As the ecosystem grows, the treasury becomes a resource for funding development and community growth. To guarantee long-term commitment, 6% of the total token supply is locked for 1 year across 3 verified Streamflow time-lock contracts on Solana.

07
How the Treasury Will Be Used
The treasury isn’t designed so the team can sell into the market. It exists to give the project resources to keep building. The current philosophy: don’t treat the entire treasury as immediately spendable. A portion stays reserved. Another portion is used strategically as milestones are reached.
- Development — website, on-chain intelligence, analytics, community tools, future features
- Marketing — campaigns, content, promotions, community growth, partnerships, creative work
- Liquidity & market infrastructure — only where appropriate, and communicated clearly
- Community — events, competitions, creator initiatives, meme campaigns, rewards, growth
- Future opportunities — a strong treasury leaves room to move when the right one appears
08
Treasury Principle
Don’t spend just because we can.
The treasury should become more valuable as the project grows. Major spending decisions should be connected to actual milestones and measurable objectives. The long-term vision is a treasury that can help fund $JASON for years — not one that burns through resources in the earliest stages.
Build first. Spend strategically. Protect the runway.
09
Milestones
The $JASON roadmap is intentionally milestone-driven. We don’t want to promise dates we can’t control. Progress is measured by what the project actually accomplishes.

Market-Cap Milestones
Market cap isn’t the only measurement of success, but it gives the community an easy way to visualize progress. Milestones can unlock new development priorities and community initiatives. These aren’t promises of price. They’re development checkpoints.

What We Are NOT Promising
- We aren’t promising the token reaches a particular price.
- We aren’t promising guaranteed returns.
- We aren’t promising GTA VI creates a specific outcome for the token.
- We aren’t pretending a roadmap guarantees success.
Markets are unpredictable. What we can control: how hard we build, how transparent we are, how creative the community becomes, how effectively we use our resources, and how much better the project becomes over time. That’s what V2 is about.
12
The GTA VI Narrative
The $JASON narrative is naturally connected to one of the biggest entertainment releases in the world. But the project shouldn’t depend entirely on hype.
- The narrative gets people interested.
- The community keeps them here.
- The technology gives them something to explore.
- The building gives them something to follow.
- The milestones give everyone something to work toward.
Jason Duval is the character. $JASON is the community-built ecosystem around the narrative.
13
Community-Driven Development
The best ideas don’t always come from one person. As the community grows, new ideas will come from everywhere. The project can evolve based on what the community actually wants.
- New website features
- New analytics
- New memes and campaigns
- New community events
- New tools and integrations
The roadmap isn’t a cage. It’s a direction. If the community discovers something better along the way, we build it.
14
Transparency
Transparency remains one of the core principles of $JASON. Whenever possible, important information should be visible rather than hidden.
- Treasury information
- Major treasury movements
- Development progress
- Major ecosystem upgrades
- Milestone progress
- Community announcements
Watch the project develop with us — not get told about it afterward.
15
V2: From Memecoin to Movement
The first version of $JASON was about getting started. V2 is about building. Brand. Website. On-chain intelligence. Community. Treasury strategy. Infrastructure that can support the project as it grows. And most importantly — doing it publicly.
- Every milestone becomes part of the story.
- Every upgrade becomes part of the journey.
- Every community member becomes part of the build.
16
The Long-Term Vision
The ultimate goal isn’t simply to create another Solana token. There are thousands of tokens. Very few create something people actually remember.
We want $JASON to become recognizable as a community, a brand, and an evolving on-chain ecosystem. A place where the narrative gets people through the door… and the community gives them a reason to stay.
17
The Journey
There is no finish line. There are only bigger milestones.
- From a tiny treasury… to a growing community.
- From a simple website… to an on-chain command center.
- From memes… to an ecosystem.
- From early supporters… to a community building something together.
That’s the journey. That’s $JASON.
